Tarec studied law at the University of Hamburg (Germany) and the University of Cork (Ireland). After the First State Legal Exam, Tarec completed a supplementary course of study in business law with the practice areas commercial and company law. Tarec then went on to study at the Boston University School of Law, where he earned the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in American law. Tarec was admitted to practice law in the State of New York as an Attorney at Law in June 2006 after successfully passing the New York State Bar Exam.

After completing his “Refendariat” in Hamburg and the USA, Tarec practiced law in a large British law firm where he advised German clients in all areas of English company law.

Tarec’s main areas of practice are company and commercial law.
