Jennifer studied Law at the Freie Universität Berlin and at the University of Pennsylvania. She was admitted to the bar in 1999. Prior to joining avocado rechtsanwälte in their Berlin office in April 2008 she worked for a large renowned German law firm for several years.

Jennifer’s main area of practice is the ongoing counseling of medium sized businesses and banks in all corporate law and company law matters, including litigation. Jennifer has also special expertise in the area of commercial partnership law and closed end real estate funds. Furthermore, she advises national and foreign clients with regard to business acquisitions and real estate transactions.

Jennifer has published several articles on commercial partnership law, corporate law and insolvency law and is also co-author of a handbook on commercial partnerships.
