Andreas studied law at the universities of Munich, Regensburg, Freiburg i.B. and Geneve after completing an apprenticeship as a banker. He began his career in a well-known German bank in Munich (credit business and corporate clients). There he founded an enterprise/association for the development of real estate projects. As the director he was responsible for the realisation (incl. financing and commercialisation) of about 300000 m² of office and industrial real estate. He continued his a career in a real estate investment company, at the same time he started specialising in PPP and also realized first PPP projects. After 15 years in the bank business and another 17 years of developing real estate projects Andreas now shares his extensive professional experience with avocado rechtsanwälte in Munich.

Andreas in particular supports the middle-class construction industry, in general as well as specially with PPP projects. He also advises the public authorities in all matters concerning PPP projects. In general he provides advice in financing matters.
