Robert studied law in Berlin and in Vienna, specializing in banking/capital markets and WTO law. He worked for several tax law firms and a renowned law firm in Berlin and later completed his legal clerkship at the Department of Justice in Leipzig.

In 2000 Robert founded an Internet stock company and headed its financial and legal department. As CFO he handled several rounds of venture capital financing. Throughout his carrier Robert has provided legal advice to several company start-ups and advised on transactions and business restructuring projects not only comprising legal advice but also regarding due diligence procedures, financing and advice on tax optimized deal structures.

Joining avocado rechtsanwälte in 2007, Robert focuses on advising IT, finance and real estate enterprises on their general corporate law and tax issues.
