Christiane studied law in Frankfurt/Main and Paris (France). Before joining avocado’s Frankfurt office in October 2007, she practiced with an internationally focused law firm and a large interdisciplinary law firm, where she specialized in M&A and corporate structuring.

Christiane renders legal services to enterprises of all sizes, particularly those with international operations. She focuses in particular on German-French business transactions. Her services extend from long-term support for medium-sized and larger enterprises in all matters relating to corporate, commercial and distribution law, through M&A and corporate restructuring projects to court proceedings.

Furthermore, Christiane counsels and represents international transport and tourism companies, in particular airlines. Beyond advising on individual cases, she also holds lectures and training seminars on issues relating to legal developments in the aviation sector.
