Frank studied Law in Bonn. Before starting his legal clerkship, he worked as a research assistant for two years at the Institute for European Law of the University of St. Gallen (HSG) / Switzerland. He began his career as a lawyer in an international business law firm in Stuttgart, before joining a large multidisciplinary and internationally focused law firm in Cologne. Since 2003 Frank Lötters has strengthened our Cologne team of avocado rechtsanwälte.

The main focus of his practice includes the on-going provision of legal advice relating to company law to enterprises and entrepreneurs – for the latter in particular in connection with succession related problems - as well as the handling of the legal aspects of M & A transactions and reorganisations. Further, his work includes the provision of legal advice relating to tax law and the representation of enterprises and private parties vis-à-vis finance authorities and courts.
