Kristina studied Law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster. During her legal studies, she worked in, inter alia, law firms in San Francisco, California, USA, London, England, and Edinburgh, Scotland. Since 2001 Kristina has been working at the Cologne office of avocado rechtsanwälte.

Kristina advises medium-sized and large companies on all labour law issues, in particular relating to working time law, hiring out of temporary employees and workpermit as well as residencepermit issues. Kristina has also gained considerable experience in the preventive legal advice to and criminal defence of enterprises as well as private persons on issues of white collar crimes and administrative offences. She has represented, among others, many international enterprises of the transport and logistics sector as well as their executives in major white collar crime cases, in extradition proceedings, in review and constitutional complaint proceedings as well as in complaint proceedings before the European Commission.
