Andreas studied Law at the Universities of Augsburg, Lausanne and Munich. He completed his doctorate at the University of Augsburg in the field of business law on the topic "The criminal nature of market manipulation under Section 20a of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). Andreas has been working for avocado rechtsanwälte since 2002, initially in Düsseldorf and now in our Hamburg office. Prior to joining us, he was employed at the German-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, an international firm of business lawyers, and an international auditing and accountancy firm in Munich. Andreas advises and represents national and international companies in the entire field of individual and collective labour law. He also looks after partnerships and private individuals in all tax matters. Since mid-2006, Andreas has been working for avocado rechtsanwälte as Of Counsel and also for a multinational company in the aviation industry in Hamburg. |
