Lutz Tauchert is an attorney and notary. Following his legal studies in Tübingen and Frankfurt, he practiced law in a mid-sized law firm for many years and was also Managing Director of the Bar Association and of the Notary Association in Frankfurt am Main. Lutz Tauchert is Counsel at avocado rechtsanwälte since 2009.

Lutz Tauchert is active in the specialized practice groups Corporate & Tax and Construction & Real Estate as well as the Family Office.

He advises mid-sized companies and family businesses from the founding of the company to the succession plan, which includes taking into account family law and inheritance aspects of the management of companies. He supports individuals in their family and inheritance matters.
